I have tried to mostly post blogs of healthy type foods here on Be A Positive Light. I think a healthy body is extremely important to a positive outlook on life. It is very hard to be happy and positive when you feel like crap all the time. Today, I am breaking out of my norm. Prepare thyself for Chocolate Awesomeness!!!
As my children were growing up, I would occasionally make them a special treat breakfast of Chocolate Gravy and Biscuits. My children LOVE IT. BE WARNED: This recipe is in NO WAY healthy. It is basically pure sugar. For my daughters and to all Chocolate Lovers out there, here is the recipe and How To Video:
1 small can Biscuits (5 count)
1 TBSP All Purpose Flour
¾ Cup Milk
½ Cup Sugar
1 TBSP Cocoa
2 TBSP Butter
Prepare Biscuits according to direction on can. For Gravy, combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pour dry ingredients into pan. Push the dry ingredients to the side creating a hole in the middle. Place butter in the hole and let melt. When butter is melted, mix dry ingredients and melted butter until there is no dry powder left in pan. Add milk to pan and mix thoroughly. Continue stirring as the gravy thickens. Once biscuits are done, break into small pieces and put into bowl. Pour gravy on top of biscuits and enjoy.
