  Meditation can be a vital instrument for finding true happiness.  When you meditate, you are clearing the mind and relaxing the body.  This allows us to enter a state of consciousness and relaxation. Meditation can be used for many reasons.  It can be used for stress release, healthier body or to find answers.  There are many different methods of meditation such as Zen method or Mantra method.  Some of the many benefits of meditation include;
