What do you desire?

“Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.”

                    – Roald Dahl

I love the above quote, it is so true.  As children, most of us believed in Santa Clause, the Tooth Fairy, etc.  We did not need to see them to believe in them because we just knew they were real.  As children, we believed life was magical.  We grew up thinking anything was possible, we could be anything.  So why did we grow up and stop believing?

As we get older, we stopped believing and dreaming.  We decided we had to settle and do what was necessary to survive.  We stopped believing we could be anything we dreamed of because it would risk things.  We decided that we can’t live in financial abundance because that doesn’t happen to people like us but only to others. We stopped believing that dreams come true. We stopped believing that life was magical.  We just stopped believing all together.  We go through life surviving but we stopped truly living.  WHY?

I firmly believe that God made life for us to enjoy and live in abundance.  We are supposed to be happy, that is God’s desire.  We CAN be anything we want to be, even as adults. All you have to do is believe.  There is powering in believing.  We receive what we believe.

Ask yourself this……. If there was no risk of failing, what would you do?  What do you want to do with your life more than anything?  Now that you know what you desire, ask yourself this next question…… Why havent I done it?  I know, I know, you came up with lots of reasons. Trust me, they are merely excuses.  Use your reasons to your advantage. With excuses, you ensure that you will not achieve your desires.  Anything is truly possible.  You just have to want it bad enough and be willing to work hard for it.  You have to be willing to do anything to achieve it.  You have to have unwavering faith in it.  You have to BELIEVE.
